FAILURE TO CREDIT ACCOUNT
For three consecutive months Capitol One has:- misapplied my credit card payment
- added late fees to my account
- called my home to collect
- refused to tell me if they had reported my account to a credit agency.
I have, for three months, spend hours on the phone trying to get my account straightened out. I have cancelled checks for each month that show that they received the payments on time.
