Our consumer section is dedicated to helping consumers avoid scams, rip-offs, and fraud.
When a complaint is legitimate and documented, we are typically able to obtain an adjustment or refund for because as an online publisher we are able to bypass the typical customer service staff and get directly to upper management. Since we will publish well documented complaints about serious rip-offs and compile multiple complaints for publication, we almost always obtain an adjustments or refunds for our members. When appropriate, we will also refer complaints to attorneys and law enforcement. We believe that it is more beneficial to obtain a refund or adjustment than to simply add your complaint to a website with several hundred others that will likely not get read.

* allow uploads of complaints directly to our site
