ripoffs.org is extremely effective at getting legitimate refunds or adjustments. If a company is ignoring
your complaint or it is too time consuming to deal with them we can probably help.
We will send a letter or an e-mail from ripoffs.org with a photocopy of THE FIRST PAGE
of your complaint to the company involved. We may, at our option, call them instead. While we cannot guarantee response,
we usually get an immediate one if the company is at fault. The fee for this service is $17 for non-members and free for members.
This is typically all that is required to get a refund or adjustment. If the company refuses we will consider your
complaint for publication on our website. Publication is usually unnecessary because most companies prefer settling instead of being
published on our site.
Prior to optional publication We will investigate your complaint. This is an expensive process. Which will require payment.
The complaint will only be published if you and ripoffs.org agree.
